Guided Colorado Elk Hunt

Get your elk in a private guided hunt on our Colorado ranch near Fort Collins. You can choose between a bull or a cow, then take the meat home. This is a tagless elk hunt with no licence necessary.

All elk are free roaming and farm raised. They are fed a healthy diet of alfalfa hay, oats and nutritional supplements.

The Velvet Ridge Ranch is located only a few minutes west of Fort Collins in the foothills. We have beautiful views of Fort Collins, Loveland and Front Range Area. You will not have to travel into the deep wilderness to get your elk!
